The Endeavour Penthouse Apartment has been in the planning for more than two years aiming to become Scotland’s finest Castle Apartment. This 4,000 square feet (371 square metres) laterally converted apartment, sits high above the West Coast of Scotland overlooking the Firth of Clyde. The apartment has extraordinary views of the iconic Ailsa Craig island (pictured in the photograph opposite), the isle of Arran, the Mull of Kintyre and on a good day, Ireland.The Endeavour has been beautifully designed incorporating fine antiques and art from around the world together with an array of rich and colourful fabrics.
The accommodation includes a sensitive combination of traditional Scottish baronial style and contemporary additions, with high-tech touches for the most discerning of international travellers.
The Endeavour will include full 24 hour butler service together with an exclusive private chef and has the option of total privacy and seclusion or engagement with the main hotel itself with all of its exquisite dining facilities and renowned service.
The apartment itself is available in a two and four bedroom configuration. The two bedroom configuration includes the kitchen and dining room, TV snug, library and games room.
The master bedroom even links directly via a spiral staircase to the lounge below. With its bedroom fireplace, stunning skylight and panoramic views, everything is set for a memorable night at Glenapp.
The Tower bathroom
With restored features dating back 150 years, this period bathroom sits in the tower above the piper pictured opposite and is approached from the stairway pictured overleaf. Leaving the bathroom suite behind, immediately ahead is the master bedroom (page 2) or turn left and head up the spiral staircase to the very top of the castle.

Glenapp Castle hotel with three rosettes is internationally renowned for its stunning cuisine with the majority of ingredients sourced locally or grown on the estate itself. Whether indulging in a classical afternoon tea, a light lunch or the finest of evening dining, guests can enjoy all that the kitchens have to offer either in the splendour of the Westward dining room within the apartment itself or in the two dining rooms in the main castle. In addition there are further private dining opportunities in the Moncur & McKenzie Victorian Glasshouse situated in our beautiful gardens.
