Dinner at our award winning restaurant is a one of the finest dining experiences available in Scotland. All our fish and shellfish are line-caught or hand-dived off Scotland's west coast and the game comes from local estates from across Ayrshire; beef, lamb, and pork are farmed only 17 miles from Glenapp Castle.

The vast majority of ingredients used in the kitchen are from Scotland including fruit, vegetables and herbs coming from our own kitchen garden. Our Head Chef, Tyron Ellul, and Executive Chef, David Alexander, have created a truly memorable dining experience which includes canapés, coffee, and petits fours and changes every night. You can also savour the same flair and authenticity with the 'Taste of Glenapp' two or three course menu.
Watch the sunset over Ailsa Craig, the Mull of Kintyre, and across the beautiful Ayrshire coastline from the castle's elegant dining rooms sipping a glass of the finest wine from our cellar and perhaps a selection from our famous range of single malt whiskies as the night closes in across the Firth of Clyde.

Dinner was an event. Champagne cocktails in the beautiful lounge, in front of the open fire, preceded a six-course gastronomic delight, fully deserving of a Michelin star. We took the advice of the knowledgeable Scottish Maitre d' who recommended our fabulous wine. In fact the whole serving team was professional and attentive.TripAdvisor Review
