In order to qualify for this fantastic discount you need to reserve a minimum one night stay midweek or a minimum two night stay at a weekend in one of our luxury double or twin bedded rooms.

Conditions of January Sale

• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively and is subject to promotional bedroom availability.
• To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit payable at the time of reservation which is non - refundable and non - transferable. 
• If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less from the date of arrival, the cost of the reservation is liable to be paid in full unless the accommodation is re-sold at the same rate.  We therefore strongly recommend that guests insure against cancellation.  Your annual travel insurance policy may cover this.
