• This offer cannot be applied retrospectively and is subject to promotional bedroom availability.
• To confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit payable at the time of booking which is non refundable and non transferable.
• These special discounted rates cannot be applied to any other offers, group reservations or applied retrospectively to any existing reservations.
• If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less from the date of arrival, the cost of the reservation is liable to be paid in full unless the accommodation is re-sold at the same rate.  We therefore strongly recommend that guests insure against cancellation.  Your annual travel insurance policy may cover this.
